Let’s Get Together!
After much discussion with the board the church leadership has come to a decision about reopening the building for Sunday services.
At this time we will continue on with our online services and not reopen the building.
Much of our discussion came back to our value of connection with each other and how that would look under the current BC restrictions.
We value genuine connection over tradition.
Can we currently open the church for Sunday service YES!
Will the service look like a traditional Sunday service has looked in the past? Currently, No!
It is important to the leadership that we can socialize, sing, and genuinely connect with each other. So we have come up with the idea of relaxed “meet ups”.
We will be arranging a different “meet up” on each Sunday during the month of June. Everyone is welcome!
From lunches out where we can support our local businesses to picnics at local parks. We believe these environment will allow us to connect with each other and give us opportunity for prayer, singing and friendship.
Everything is weather dependent but we will be posting regularly in the facebook group / calling around to give details.
Come July 1 we will evaluate where the current Co-Vid BC restrictions are at and go from there. Any questions? Reach out to a board member/ Pastor and we would love to help.
